COURTNEY FISHER
President
Courtney is a Senior studying Finance. She is from a small town north of the city of Pittsburgh. Courtney has spent the past two summers interning for Johnson & Johnson and hopes to start her career there upon graduation. She is serving as President of the Multicultural Women’s Forum with plans to increase membership by offering unique experiences within the organization to continue empowering women with diverse backgrounds. She knows that with the help of her amazing Executive Board MWF will be transformed into something great!
JESSICA TROTTER

Director of Programs
Jessica Trotter is a Junior in the Masters of Accounting Program (MAcc) and has a concentration in Data Analytics. She is from the Philadelphia area and has just recently finished an internship there at PwC. Jessica enjoys helping others and spending time with her friends. Jessica is the Vice President and Director of Programs of the Multicultural Women’s Forum. In these roles, she helps lead the organization and plans events that are members can enjoy and learn from.
AYANNA HARMON
Treasurer
Ayanna is a Senior pursuing a degree in Risk Management, Real Estate and minoring in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Global and International Studies, & International Business. She is from North Philadelphia and has most recently completed an internship with Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young as a Summer Legal Assistant. As Treasurer, Ayanna will be responsible for overseeing the use of funds and fundraising; she looks forward to making the most of this semester and establishing a strong financial foundation for the organization.
VONNIE ROBERTS
Secretary
Membership Chair
Vonnie is a Senior studying Labor & Employment Relations and also pursuing the Smeal Business Fundamentals Certificate. She is from the Philadelphia area and has recently completed an internship with the University of Pennsylvania in the Human Resources department. For the upcoming school year, she will be utilizing her excellent organizational skills as Secretary. Also, Vonnie will work as Membership Chair to increase membership and member engagement. Vonnie is excited to insure that the Multicultural Women’s Forum is an organization that connects women of diverse backgrounds at Penn State.
STEPHANY CARABALLO
Community Involvement Chair
Stephany is a Senior majoring in BioBehavioral Health. She is from Philadelphia. This summer, she spent her time interning with the nurses and medical staff at Lankenau Hospital. She will be volunteering this semester at Mount Nittany Medical Center. She is excited to join MWF and hopes that this position will assist her in being a responsible leader in outreach.
MAIA PIPKIN
Marketing and PR Chair
Digital Media Coordinator
Maia is a Senior studying Management Information Systems with a minor in Digital Media Trends and Analytics. An aspiring Business Analyst, she is from Paterson, NJ. She has just completed her internship as a Credit Analyst at SB One Bank. As the Marketing/PR Chair she continues to promote our upcoming events with ad campaigns. She also is interning with Penn State World Campus with Marketing Management and Analytics. She is excited to continue to help MWF grow with events and promotions.
